Target Recruitment Leeds was formed in Leeds in 2010 when we merged with Look2Us Recruitment, our vision and strategy is to provide a robust 360 recruitment process throughout the UK.

The directors of the business have over 20 years combined recruitment experience.

The company is based in Leeds, with satellite offices throughout Yorkshire. At present we supply recruitment solutions to the whole of the Yorkshire area and are looking to expand into other counties in the near future.

Target Recruitment is a well established, financially sound, professional recruitment consultancy, which is one of the most respected in Yorkshire.
Our turnover has doubled in the past 2 years, and we have a strategic development plan to again double turnover by 2012.

The key to our company’s stability is the high retention of internal staff, with a staff retention of 94% in the past two years. 

For our clients, Target Recruitment’s internal staff retention enables continuity of service.
  We have the ability and experience to provide, if required, a one-stop shop to our clients on a managed services basis.  This incorporates providing all job requirements across the board, with the support of our partnering suppliers within recruitment. 

 We have our own dedicated Training Department with a full time Training Manager who has over 10 years recruitment industry experience.  All staff are given a comprehensive Training Plan on joining the company which ensures they understand best practice within recruitment and how to achieve the highest standards.

We operate policies and procedures that enable a high standard of quality, reflective of those outlined within BS EN ISO 9002.
